Cancellation & Refund Terms

Reservation Acceptance

- VAT is included in our prices.

- To confirm your reservation, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

- Our hotel is not responsible for cancellations of reservations for which payment has not been received.

Check-in / Check-out

- On the arrival day, your stay starts with lunch. Rooms are available from 15:00. Breakfast is charged for early arrivals.

- On the departure day, your stay ends with breakfast. Check-out time is 11:00.

- Late check-out and lunch are charged. The fee applies even if the guest does not have lunch, as long as they have not checked out.

Cancellation Policy

- If a confirmed reservation is cancelled 30 days or more before arrival, the full payment is refunded.

- If cancelled 15 days or more before arrival, 50% of the total stay amount is deducted and the rest is refunded.

- If cancelled at least 8 days before arrival, 75% of the total stay amount is deducted and the rest is refunded.

- If cancelled 7 days or less before arrival, no payment is refunded and the dates cannot be changed.

NOTE:

- Refunds for cancelled reservations are made within 30 days.

- For credit card payments, the remaining amount is refunded after deducting the transaction fee.

Guest Admission

- All guests must present their ID card or passport to reception at check-in. Guests who do not present ID will not be admitted.

- If children's ages do not match during the ID check at check-in, an additional fee will be charged.
